With more than 25 years as Director of Foodservice for corporate and healthcare facilities throughout the United States, Char is one of the most respected and experienced professionals in the foodservice industry.

In 1989 Char retired as Director of Nutrition and Foodservice at the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, where she managed an operating budget of $7.4 million with 245 employees and serving 10,000 meals daily in a multi-unit operation.

Upon retiring, Char formed her own company, which provided assistance to a long list of corporate healthcare and correctional facilities. She assisted them with staff management, purchasing concepts, operational and food safety/quality issues.

Char has now joined forces with Don Miller & Associates to bring her wealth of experience to their organization.
