SENIOR EXECUTIVE CHEF
University hospital
healthcare setting
Utah area - multiple locations
Potential to be upgraded to Corporate Executive Chef
Certified Executive Chef (CEC) credentials required
Graduate of nationally recognized culinary school or BA/BS
degree in related field with CEC credential
15 to 20 years of experience in food service in general
10 years minimum experience in senior food service
management positions
5 years minimum management experience in hospital setting
Proven track record of achieving results
Strong team building and training skills
Strong computer skills (Ability to communicate effectively
via email on a daily basis, use of word processing,
spreadsheet, and presentation software, etc.)
Ability to work as part of a large team of professionals
Excellent salary and benefits commensurate with experience
Relocation allowance provided.
Start date - approximately April, May, June.
