Bill is a graduate of Florida International University with a B.S. in Hospitality Business Management. He has over 30 years in the food service industry with an emphasis on healthcare.

Bill’s diverse work history includes culinary and managerial positions in airlines, restaurants, hospitals and nursing homes. He has been a system director for a multi-campus health system and Food Service Director responsible for multi-location health systems, working for a major food management company. He also owned his own consulting company, focusing on the training of teams and addressing the specific needs of long-term care operations and regulatory preparedness.

Bill has spoken at numerous local, regional, and national events throughout the USA & Canada.

Bill is the CEO of Don Miller & Associates and during his tenure has helped to develop many new and exciting services that Don Miller & Associates now offers. He heads up the operational audit division of Don Miller & Associates. From revenue growth to dramatic budget reductions, Bill provides clients with a clear path to success.
