With 30 years of leadership experience in hospitals, Kathy brings a wealth of knowledge to the Don Miller & Associates Team. She has been extremely successful helping clients transform their operations into models of excellence in every area.

Kathy is a graduate of Texas Christian University with her Doctorate from Texas Woman's University. She is a Registered Dietitian, and has held positions in academics, clinical nutrition management and food service management.

Kathy is the former Food Service Director at Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, where she received the “Manager of Excellence Award” on three separate occasions during her 21 years at that Top 100 Hospital.

She has served for many years in various leadership positions in her state dietetic associations and now serves as an Executive Success Coach for DM&A, Inc. helping our clients become the best of the best.
