Chef Ron Sabatini is well-rounded in all aspects of food service. He has over 30 years of culinary management expertise in healthcare, restaurants, and hotels.

Ron is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in the Science of Culinary Arts. He is a Certified Executive Chef and has held the position of Executive Chef at several prestigious hospitals, including Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and Geisinger Medical Center.

Ron is well known for his high energy, cheerful outlook and inspirational management style which has led to a large list of professional and personal accomplishments.

As a Manager and Executive Chef, Ron led healthcare foodservice teams to 5 consecutive Joint Commission, “no recommendations” results. Six times Ron led healthcare foodservice teams to “no deficiency” results in Department of Health surveys.

Ron is a competitive Ice Carver and has won many awards and commendations in this art form.

In July of 2007 Ron joined the Don Miller & Associates team as an Executive Success Coach and will use his special talents and skills to help our clients go from “Good to Best” in every area of their department.
