Jean A. Miller, RD received her Bachelor of Science
degree in Food Service Management and Nutrition from
California Polytechnic University, Pomona, CA. She completed a
three-year Dietetic Internship in San Diego, California where
she received her R.D. designation.
Jean has amassed over 30 years of successful hospital food
service and nutrition management skills and knowledge. In that
time, she specialized in managing the unique requirements of
both mental health and hospice operations. Jean also operated
her own clinical consulting business, addressing the needs of
healthcare in southern California.
Most importantly Jean has worked closely with Chef Don to
create, develop, and expand the one of a kind, food service
consulting organization now known as Don Miller & Associates.
As a central part of the DM&A team, Jean directs the financial
and main office aspects that drive the Destination 10 success
story. Her team supports the needs of all the coaches and the
multitude of clients that utilize the Destination 10 system.
