Kathy Lindow, Registered Dietitian, holds a Bachelors Degree in
Institutional Management and Dietetics from Oregon State University. She
holds a Masters degree in Human Nutrition from the University of
Bridgeport, CT and completed her internship at Methodist Hospital in
Madison, WI. She is board certified in nutrition support through the
American Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition.
Kathy’s diverse work experience over the past 30 years includes more
than 12 years of food service management and clinical management in both
acute hospital and long-term care/senior living settings. For the last
20 years, she has been the principle owner and operator of a successful
consulting practice for health care facilities. In addition, she has
been an adjunct professor, teaching principles of nutrition for more
than 15 years.
Kathy has successfully guided dietary departments through the JCAHO
process from initial certification and follow-up re-certification. She
excels at policy and procedure development and writing menus with both
an eye for nutrition as well as guest satisfaction.
Kathy is active in the Nevada Dietetic Association and is currently the
President Elect.
Kathy has joined DM&A as an associate and will help guide our clients
through the “Good to Best” process.
