Enhanced Patient Side Dishes

We believe that the side dishes on a patient tray can look great and be the corsage of the patient tray.  To make them look great they need to be garnished and many items such as fruit need a green leaf lettuce liner.

In Destination 10 we use a lettuce liner whether the fruit is a dessert or a salad.
Who made the rule that you can't put a lettuce liner under a salad?

Answer - NO ONE.  It's okay.

The priority is to dazzle the customer.  Can't afford it?

Think again!

By using small "monkey"/fruit dishes which force portion control in patient tray service, our clients save $20,000 to $50,000 annually.

Warning - when you first see the smaller portions, it looks like it would never work.  But it does work, otherwise we wouldn't recommend it.

Again, the secret is getting rid of the montra - "we can't do that because...................."
At the ASHFSA preconference we'll show you how to turn every patient side dish into the corsage of the patient tray.
