Radish
Rose Maker
This is a tool (not
available from your distributor) for making beautiful red and white roses
from a radish. With this tool
you can make inexpensive and easy flowers for garnishing salads,
sandwiches, cold plates, and salad bars.
Use the following
instructions for making your radish roses.

Step 1.
Buy medium, uncut radishes.
Large radishes will be too big to fit
through the RRM, and can break the blades.

Step 2.
Cut off both ends of the radish.
On the leaf end, only cut off the leaves, don’t cut the
radish skin. At the root
end, cut straight across for a
flat top.

Step 3.
Center the radish (with the leaf end down) on the little tongue
on the spoon shaped side of the RRM.

Step 4.
Now press the blades down over the radish.
Cut deep so that the radish
will bloom.

Step 5.
Remove the radish from the RRM and put it into a pan of cold water. Refrigerate for
2-4 hours to allow the rose to “bloom”.

Step 6.
Remove radish from water and allow it to dry.
It is now ready to use.
