DM&A supports Colleges and Universities with performance improvement in any specific area or all areas at once via the Destination 10 Performance Improvement Process. In addition, the DM&A Webb design team helps Colleges and Universities with all remodels, facility upgrades, or new facility planning. K through 12 Schools

DM&A has built a modified Destination 10 Performance Improvement Process for K through 12 schools. In this unique process, all the schools in the district compete in a friendly contest all year long in about 12 different categories such as customer service, uniforms, participation, food quality, etc. The process mirrors the Olympic Games with bronze, silver and gold medals awarded at the end of the year. It begins with an inspirational seminar from one of our Success Coaches and ends with an awards ceremony and celebration similar to the Olympics. The whole process is designed to be very motivational, inclusive, and fun.  Every school is a winner and the end result is dramatic improvement in all areas as well as improved morale and team culture.
