Destination 10 Testimonial Chef Don's visit and program were the major quality improvement event we have had in our department. It involved all areas of our work, however one particular aspect of it stands out in my mind--- his enthusiasm, and ability to inspire the same enthusiasm in our people. The entire trayline group followed eagerly, and worked with him to improve the appearance of our food and patient trays. They made all the recommended changes promptly and in good spirit. To top it off, they decided not to take several of their morning breaks (on their own!) just so they could watch him work and teach in Cold Food Production, and see how attractive our sandwiches and salad plates could look.
